You've started walking 200 meters at the club, haven't you? How many days' worth of walking did you do yesterday? It's quite difficult to keep it up consistently, and sometimes I go out and walk tens of thousands or thousands of steps. It's wonderful that you're able to continue doing it. I walk approximately 22 laps for 30 minutes. ☝️I have a stopwatch ⏱️ and counter. Have I told you?… I used be a runner. 100m(1970s). I had new record in those days. Walking at the club is different from walking 🚶🏻♀️ to see the flowers. Today~ I swim, walk at the club and walk to see a flower a day. … busy(nice to me). Every morning ~ I can relax after 11:00am. Everyone has his own hobby. Let’s go for a good day together! 😊
That's right. Every day is structured with a set routine, including walking at the club, which is all about building physical fitness. Setting a new 100m record in the 1970s is amazing; you must be very athletic! I, on the other hand, just do moderate walking, some gardening, and very little exercise. 😁 I'm probably completely hopeless when it comes to exercise. 🐰💗

When I go out, I usually wear comfortable shoes, but after walking up several steps of stone stairs or mountain paths, my feet start to hurt, and it becomes painful to walk 😂💦 Yumiko, new shoes feel so good, don't they? But I always get blisters at first 💦 I just have to be patient until I break them in 🦆. Okay ♡ I'll plan another trip somewhere soon. 🐰💗

@Yumiko (California U.S.A) Your walking pace is quite fast, which is great! I don't really get to walk much in my daily life, but I do walk a lot when I go out. Since it's only occasionally, it doesn't really count as regular exercise. 😁

That's right. It's wonderful to have a hobby. If something unpleasant happens, you can turn to your hobby to cheer yourself up. There's a place where you can play one game of bowling with the ticket stub from a movie. I've bowled there before. I'm terrible at it, but I even have my own bowling shoes. My husband likes bowling, and we only do it after watching a movie. I haven't seen a movie recently, but I'm interested in "National Treasure." 🤭
