Yes. I had a great time. Today is the day my mother went to the orthopedic clinic. She got an injection in her knee to moisturize it. It seems like it will make walking easier for a while. Yes, I do eat pasta or pizza when I go out to eat, but recently I've been craving Japanese food, and I've been enjoying small vegetable dishes like "Obanzai" Kyoto cuisine, which are good for the body, so I prefer to cook them, and maybe that's why I've started eating Japanese food when I go out to eat🦆. Sometimes, when I feel like it, I'll go to Mos Burger🍔🍟🥤.🐰💗

I haven't had a colonoscopy yet. So far, I haven't found anything abnormal in my colon, but I'm not sure if I'll need one at some point. For my own health, too. 🐰💗

Yesterday, I was out and saw some autumn roses 🌹, so my husband and I shared a Mont Blanc 🌰 and a Rose Mont Blanc 🌹 as a taste comparison. We ate at the Tower's cafe, looking around. It was a bit pricey with a refined taste, but it was delicious. 😋
@ﾃﾞｭﾗﾝｻ Well~ you said you have never taken colonoscopy test yet? I can suggest you to have a test. It’s ☹️little bit uncomfortable to have a test. We have to drink white water/remember, for 3 hours and clean our intestines. And~ go for it. On the next day, you go to the office. We will sleep/temporarily and after we wake up, doctor will let us know the solution. I do have a test everyday 7 years.(used be 10 years. Now 5 years/sometimes). Long talk~. Yes, I've never had a colonoscopy, thinking that if the colon cancer test doesn't show anything, it's fine. If the test is negative, you're advised to have a repeat test. I heard that a friend of mine had bloody stool during a test and had to have a repeat test, which was quite painful, so I don't want to have one if possible. 🦆 But if I have to do anything, I'll do it. 🐰💗
