Good morning.☺️✨ The beautiful pure white flower, the Gerbera, arrived on the moon aboard Apollo 16 and "sprouted again even after returning to Earth." That's an amazing feat, since the environment on Earth is completely different from that on the moon. That's how resilient the flower is, adapting to its environment. It's amazing. 🐰💗

But if I take in too much potassium, it has a negative effect on the kidneys.🤔 Omega-3 fatty acids make blood flow more smoothly, so I use perilla oil.🙆♀️😊✌️ I will have a regular blood test tomorrow, November 1st, so I drink lots of water today and it is a "no-alcohol day" today.🍺🍷🍶🥃🙅♀️ Hoitara-ne.👋👋👋
