My mother-in-law took care of me around the time of my birth, but she left on Sunday. We stayed with her for about a month. The results of the CT scan and ultrasound scan came back later, but I haven't heard them yet, so I'm going to the doctor today to ask. Yumiko, you said you had stomach pain in 2022, how are you now? The endoscopy shows the condition of the inside of the stomach. I was under general anesthesia, but they put a few drops in my mouth and I woke up before I knew it. Please take care of yourself.🐰💗

Swimming a lot every day is healthy and burns a lot of energy. After swimming, don't you get hungry and want to eat lots of delicious food? It seems like you can control that hunger. After I garden, I somehow feel like eating grilled meat. Hold on, hold on.
@ﾃﾞｭﾗﾝｻ 😆that’s right! Of course I am always hungry. However I do control my food. I eat 3 First/Fast/Fat food in 🇺🇸. As you know…Hotdog, Hamburger and Pizza. I love them all. If we want to gain, eat these for a month. Yes! We will gain! ☺️ Right now, my weight is too low(96 pounds). And I now started eating these food. Happy 😋 But, I reached to my comfortable weight, I will stop having~. Life is such a kind of thing. Take it easy. No stress. Every day is coming! Have a nice day. with smile 😊
That's right. If you gain weight too quickly, you'll feel unwell, but if it's gradual, it's fine. Lately, I've been concerned about my stomach area 🤭 I've been doing sit-ups and using the treadmill on bad weather days. It doesn't go down immediately, though. 😁

Yes, on nice days I can go for a walk🚶🏻 outside, but on rainy days I walk slowly🦻🏻 on a walking machine inside the house🏠️ while listening to music♬♪. 🐰💗

There's a sense of the seasons, and in autumn, there are more and more places I want to go to see the autumn leaves🍁, autumn roses🌹, and dahlias. I harvested Fuyu persimmons today. They bear fruit every other year, but this year there were fewer. I'm not sure, maybe about 50 persimmons per tree. My friend loves persimmons, so I'll give some to her. Yumiko's California oranges 🍊 are so plentiful. 100% oranges 🍊 are so delicious, aren't they? 😋
