That's right. Eating out isn't very good for your body. 🤭 Before, when I was working, I would occasionally eat out on weekends and holidays, but my husband and I would look forward to even day trips, so we would pack lunches and go out. I wonder how many potted plants I have in my house now 🤭 I've bought some when I go to Gifu World Rose Garden or when I see a flower shop that caught my eye, and now I have dozens of them, both potted and in the ground. I really like each one. 🐰💗
A little oil is good for the body. I try to avoid fatty foods as much as possible, eat a moderate amount of vegetables and fruits, and recently I've been doing some home gardening, so I've been taking naps. ☺️😪
