You found an echinacea on your way home from swimming. That was lucky. Many echinacea plants are starting to bloom in the flower beds in our garden and fields. I bought and planted the seedlings of echinacea last year, and they bloomed this year. They are my favorite flowers. 🐰💗

@Yumiko (California U.S.A) It was good that the gardener did the pruning and cleanup afterwards. We also ask the gardener to prune the trees in our garden and fields around September. My husband has been doing some of the pruning with an electric pruner for the past few years, but he injured his left hand and is currently recuperating, so we asked him to do everything. 🐰💗

Our body mechanics has been gradually becoming weaker ~😌 I do every morning before start swimming, I do “keep our toes up and down with your heels as they are” I do 30 times every morning. 30x30days=900 times. It will work for ‘Osteoporosis’. I feel much better than before(2022~2023). We will take care of ourselves. with smile 😊
I don't know when or why my husband's left hand was injured, but I thought it might be tendonitis so I applied a compress to it, but the fingers on his left hand started to swell up rapidly, and I realized something was wrong. We went to various surgeons for tests, and finally we ended up at a hospital where he underwent emergency surgery. It seems that acid-fast bacteria had entered through the wound. He was diagnosed with mycobacterial palmar tendonitis. He was hospitalized from 3/7 to 4/25. He still takes oral medication every day and has bandages on his palms. It's gotten a lot better compared to when he first started. Now I go to the hospital once a month. 🐰💗

Yesterday, my sister and her husband brought my father some Furano melon🍈 and western-style sweets. He loved melon🍈 when he was alive. My father's memories stop at his childhood. *Purple cone flower was ferived from the Greek ‘echinos’.
Name reflects the spiny nature of its fruit.
*The Genus name is Greek of meaning ‘spiny one’ and the species name means “reddish-purple”.
