I am getting older however I will challenge my life sports. So far…🤞 Ok! You know…long minutes swimming, the first 15 minutes, I do not think anything, and 1 hour, “go for it”. Positive attitude + challengeable This one makes me happy~ ‘yatta’ feeling, you understand.
