@がっちゃん Thank you for a message. lovely Yes. I am happy to see the cute flowers during my walking. I recently walk 3~4 days/week. Not every day. I still swim for one hour(7:00am~8:00am) everyday. I did not tell you, last Sat, while I was trimming my roses in my garden, I slipped and fell down on the ground severely. 🫨 That’s it~ It is for one week…still my left arm feels terrible. Still I swam…one hand Brest Swimming(hira-oyogi). Getting older~! I may understand your situation,too.
