I used to be a runner.(1971~) My coach controlled my food…what to eat…etc in order to make a new record(100m girl short distance race). I had it in Tokyo. I attended to NHK(housou rikujuou). I made a my record. However It was so far to reach to Olympic. Anyway, I have not touched sweets since that time. Chocolate 🍫, cookies 🍪, cakes 🍰… I now decided to start taking~ a little. Now I will tell you, I used to be a runner(100m short distance/1971~). During that time, my coach says “ no sugar, no soft drink, weight control (39kg)”. In order to make my new record in my place and Japan. I had done ✅. I had my time records lots. However I missed to go for Olympic at that time(it depends of year 🍀 luck) Since 13 years old~ I had been away of the sugar,sweets. After my high school time, I ate some, still I was a sort of sweet phobia(kyouhushou). I had been 40years~ and today. I will tell you. I like them. Today, everyday…one bite(tiny)chocolate, and 🍪.
