@がっちゃん Thank you. I am getting better. I went to the fitness club to swim,however I couldn’t make it. 😥 My left knee doesn’t work, and my right finger is still hurt. I stopped swimming and walk only. And took jacuzzi. It was probably good. I felt I felt senior! Iyadedu🐶(I use this because My birth is Dog year) as you know! See U

Her garden is not so many flowers but “Vegetables”!! Almost all vegetables…She takes care of them and have them. Wonderful nature garden. Impressed Still German Iris, she says a couple more weeks. @がっちゃん Thank you for your nice comment. Right now…almost(80%) fine! I was very shocked with this accident. This morning, I will go back to walk as usual. Skipping swimming. These three days~ I was not able to walk so long. One day I drove to my friend’s house and took pics in her garden. We can’t recognize how important to be healthy. Once something happens accidentally,,,we really feel so! Anyway I don’t have to go to see my Doctor. Lucky 🍀 Right! Today we talk about “Rheumatism” a lot. @がっちゃん Thank you. It’s already 8th day since I fell down. I went swimming. I am now swim OK, not perfect. It takes some weeks to go back normally. I have lots of experiences. I used to be a runner(100 meter/Short distance). When I was 10~15 years old/young girl time. I had lots of new records at that time. However…no more…new record for me is…How often I fall and hurt! 🥲 Toshiwa kakusenai desu🐶 Let’s start a new week! With smile 😊
@がっちゃん The story is…almost a half century ago! Time passes so fast. 🏹 I swim 45 minutes~ straightly. It’s about one mile. Before or after I walk around my house to see flowers. It’ll be noon 🕛. Always hungry! In the afternoon, my flowers in the garden are waiting for me. Trimming, watering,etc. Everyday is coming! We will enjoy our photos and have a nice time together!
