However giving flowers is different. I decorate flowers in my living room. I go to the flower shop. Only roses from my garden…I take once for a while Still I feel a little bit sad to decorate. @このはな Yes. From the beginning,how about 10minute walking? Your smart phone has a kind of health check. You use it and how long you walked(steps), you can know. For me: about 6.000 steps, 4.5km, about 45~minutes. However I stop by flowers…so today I can not know this data. I leave home and 2 hours..or so I was out!
